City of Iisalmi was looking for percent-for-art for the new Kilpijärvi school in the fall of 2019. Partanen & Lamusuo Ltd participated in the sketch contest with the proposal Forest Camp. The artwork placed in the windows of the building brings the forest inside the school. Illuminated from the inside in the darkness of autumn and winter, the artwork makes the school look warm and inviting. When viewed from inside, the whole opens up to each space as a unique work of art. At the edge of the forest, students can find peeking animal figures.

Forest Camp was to be executed using digiprint technique on glass or window taping on the inside of the exterior glazing. Rasterization allows one to see through the image.

Forest Camp was not implemented this time, as the honor of winning the competition went to another artist.
