Zoning Plan Approved for Tahko Golden Resort Spa Hotel and Holiday Home Area

The Kuopio City Council has approved the zoning plan and zoning amendments for the Golden Resort spa hotel and holiday home area in Tahko, along with the related binding plot division.

The zoning amendment concerns the Golden Resort area in Tahko, whose properties are owned by PNT Group Oy, PNT Real Estate Ltd., and Tahko Golf Club Ltd. PNT Real Estate Ltd. plans to build a spa hotel adjacent to the main building of Golden Resort and holiday homes nearby.

This is a multi-million-euro investment that strengthens the appeal and development of the Tahko tourism area. Partanen & Lamusuo Ltd. is responsible for the design of the area and buildings.
