Villa V was selected for the first Grand Designs Finland program

The detached house Villa V designed by Partanen & Lamusuo Oy was selected for the first season of the Grand Desings Finland television program. However, the project had to be abandoned due to the corona pandemic and the skyrocketing construction costs.

"The reality of the design industry is that some projects cannot be implemented due to external, unexpected challenges. It is comforting that about 300 of the projects planned by Aino and Alvar Aalto were not implemented", say Partanen & Lamusuo.

Villa V was designed as an allergy-free home and work space, where the boundary between nature and indoor space disappears. Find out more about Villa V on the project presentation page!
